Terms and Conditions for Calm Parents Club LLC

Welcome to Calm Parent Club. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Calm Parents Club LLC website, services, and products (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing our website or purchasing our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Description of Services
Calm Parents Club provides digital content and physical products designed to support new and expectant parents. Our services include:
Welcome Bundle: A physical package of parent-tested products and digital guides, available for the cost of shipping and handling.
Monthly Digital Care Package Subscription: A recurring monthly subscription that provides members with access to a private portal containing personalized guides, tips, videos, and other content tailored to their specific stage of pregnancy or their baby's age.
2. The Welcome Bundle & Trial Period
When you sign up for our Welcome Bundle, you are charged a one-time, non-refundable fee to cover shipping and handling. This transaction also initiates a 14-day free trial of our Monthly Digital Care Package subscription. During this trial, you will have access to our introductory guides and your first personalized Digital Care Package.
3. Subscription, Billing, and Payments
A. Automatic Renewal: After your 14-day free trial ends, your subscription will automatically renew into a paid monthly membership. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the recurring monthly subscription fee (currently $19.95 USD, subject to change with notice) at the beginning of each billing period.
B. Billing Cycle: Your first monthly charge will occur on the day after your 14-day trial period concludes. Subsequent charges will occur on or around the same calendar day each month thereafter.
C. Payment Method: You agree to provide and maintain a valid payment method. If your payment method fails, we reserve the right to suspend your access to the Services until payment is received.
4. Cancellation and Refund Policy
A. Cancellation: You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time. To cancel, you must send a cancellation request via email to [email protected]. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, you must cancel at least 48 hours before your next scheduled renewal date. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Services through the end of your current paid billing period.
B. Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. Due to the 14-day free trial period during which you have full access to our digital products and the immediate costs associated with fulfilling your physical Welcome Bundle, payments for the initial shipping and handling fee and any subsequent monthly subscription fees are non-refundable.
5. Medical Disclaimer
All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to articles, guides, videos, and checklists, is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be, and should not be considered, a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

6. Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use this content for your personal, non-commercial use only.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to use the Services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any of these Terms. You agree not to share your account access, download, or distribute our proprietary content in any unauthorized manner.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Calm Parents Club LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, resulting from your access to or use of our Services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
