Monthly Digital Subscription
We are proud to offer a 14-day, no-questions-asked, money-back guarantee on our monthly digital subscription.
If you are not satisfied with your membership for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your most recent monthly renewal charge. To be eligible, your request must be made within 14 days of the transaction date.
Please note: This guarantee applies strictly to your single most recent monthly charge. We do not provide refunds for previous months' subscription fees. Upon processing your refund, your subscription will be immediately canceled, and you will not be billed again.
Physical Welcome Bundle
We want you to be delighted with the Welcome Bundle you receive.
Returns for Refund: If you would like a refund for the shipping and handling fee of your Welcome Bundle, you must return the entire, unopened package with all contents in their original, pristine condition. Returns must be sent to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a full refund of your shipping and handling payment. We do not cover the cost of return shipping.
Lost or Undeliverable Packages: In the event that USPS loses your package in transit or it is returned to us as undeliverable, we will issue a full refund for your shipping and handling payment.
A Note on Our Subscription Model
We do our best to be transparent about our business model. When you sign up for the free Welcome Bundle, you also begin a complimentary 14-day free trial to the Calm Parent Club.
The terms of this trial, including the automatic renewal to a paid monthly membership of $19.95/month if not canceled, are made clear in multiple locations: on our website, in three separate places during the checkout process, in a mandatory terms and conditions box you must agree to before purchase, in the welcome email you receive immediately after signing up, and on a physical card included in your mailed Welcome Bundle.
