Our path to parenthood wasn't a straight line. After managing the beautiful chaos of world tours for musicians like Foster the People and Coldplay, Sophie was used to high-pressure situations, but the sea of conflicting pregnancy information was a different kind of challenge.
Our journey was further complicated by the heartbreaking, and far too common, struggle of two miscarriages. This led us down the emotionally and physically taxing road of IVF. When we finally welcomed our son, Lennon, after some unexpected complications during the delivery, we were filled with overwhelming joy and relief.
But our birth story isn't your birth story. You will have your own, and it will be beautiful.
We learned through our experience that while you can't plan for everything, you can feel prepared. In the newborn phase, we faced all the classic worries: difficulties with latching, conflicting advice, concerns about milestones, and the endless question of "is he getting enough food?".
It was then we realized what was truly needed: a supportive system with the tools and knowledge necessary to navigate any bumps in the road.
That is why we built Calm Parents Club. Our goal is to help you plan and prepare so you can confidently tackle every chapter—from pregnancy and birth to postpartum and the wild, wonderful ride of having a newborn.
Our mission is simple: to help new parents trade anxiety for confidence. We create the resources to provide you with clear, expert-backed, and personalized guidance, so you feel empowered to make the best decisions for your family and can spend less time searching for answers and more time enjoying the moments that matter.

Lennon
At 5 months old, Lennon is our “jefecito” (means little boss) and the inspiration for it all. He loves to giggle, laugh, and is already very opinionated in the best way possible. His favorite things include his big brother Cade, sitting in daddy's car, and walks with his mama more than anything. He keeps us on our toes, and we wouldn't have it any other way!
Cade
The energizer bunny of the Household, Cade is our 2.5-year-old GSP and Lennon's furry older brother. Powered by what seems to be six Red Bulls a day, he’s the most loving and loyal protector of his mama and provides endless comic relief.
